Music City

Nashville is a symphony of sounds. From country music to new wave indie, on any given day in this town one can hear the storytelling sound of Music City.

In this piece, I was inspired by the city I call home. The letter “M” is formed from various musical notations, each coming with its unique beat, but working in harmony with each other—much like Nashville’s music scene itself. Miniature LP records make an appearance at the end of the notes, a nod to the first style of musical recordings that put this city on the map.
